How do I schedule a session?

Simply press on either the “Buy 1 Session”, “Buy 3 Sessions”, or “Buy 6 Sessions” button and you will be directed to a page where you can complete your purchase, then the following page will have a calendar where you can schedule your first session.

Where does my session take place?

Your session takes place via an online Zoom meeting. You will be in your preferred location (home, office, car, etc.) and I will meet with you from my office. You can choose to meet via video or phone.

In your booking confirmation email, there is a link that you can cancel or reschedule your session. Please note **If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, it will count as a used session.

No, I am not a licensed therapist and I’m not providing therapy. I am utilizing knowledge I’ve gained through various certifications and trainings, along with my own lived experience, to provide peer support as your wellness advocate to help you trust your inner knowledge and work toward your greatest potential.

My core beliefs center around our innate knowledge and ability to heal, the limitless potential of what we can accomplish as individuals and through collaboration, the value of listening to our intuition and bodies, and the importance of believing in and advocating for ourselves and others.
